IDC – Open call for participation in the vocational training and labour inclusion programme for persons with disabilities

Within the project EMPOWERED – Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, Regional Cooperation and Development in the Western Balkans, project partner Initiative for developmenat and cooperation (IDC) has launched public calls for the selection of beneficiaries in three cities in Serbia: Leskovac, Novi Pazar, and Dimitrovgrad.

The call is intended for persons with disabilities who wish to improve their skills, acquire new knowledge, and increase their opportunities for employment through a vocational training and labour inclusion programme.

The programme includes:

  • qualification and requalification trainings
  • support for integration into the labour market

A total of 60 beneficiaries will be selected (20 per city).

πŸ“ Application process:

  • Leskovac – Application documentation can be obtained from the website of the City of Leskovac, the IDC website, or through associations of persons with disabilities in Leskovac.
    Completed and signed application documents should be submitted to the registry office of the City Administration of Leskovac, Trg revolucije 45, with a note indicating that the application is for the Department for Social Affairs and Local Development.
  • Novi Pazar – Application documentation can be obtained from the website of the City of Novi Pazar, the IDC website, or through associations of persons with disabilities in Novi Pazar.
    Completed and signed application documents should be sent by post to: IDC, Milana Rakića 65/a, 11000 Belgrade.
  • Dimitrovgrad – Application documentation can be obtained from the website of the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, the IDC website, or through associations of persons with disabilities in Dimitrovgrad.
    Completed and signed application documents should be submitted to the registry office of the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, Balkanska 2.
